Description
The automatic cement block making machine completely controlled by PLC system, hydraulic press and platform vibration work together to form blocks. It can produce all kinds of hollow block, solid brick, paver, interlock brick and curbstone, etc.
Good Design:
A. The balance system adopts four-pole guarding way with extended bush to ensure the exact movement of mould. Gear and shaft balance system can make male and female mould move stably.
B. The way of feeding is revolving, convective and compulsive to ensure block density and reduce feeding cycle. Gear driving mode of feeding is more steady. Feeder moving is two curved arms drived by two cylinders, which makes feeder move quickly, durably and steady.
C. Stacker is controlled by frequency conversion to adjust speed. The movement of stacker is flexible and steady.

Hydraulic System:
The hydraulic system adopts proportion direction valve. The valve can adjust flow rate and buffer cylinder. Therefore, it can protect cylinder and extend life and make operation steadily and quickly.
Vibration System:
The vibration adopts frequency conversion technique. The assembly is oil immersed vibration. This improve high speed loading and makes concrete liquefied and air-outed. The five advantages is vibration assembly synchronization, soft starter, densify block, electric saving and quick moulding.
High Automatic level:
Using Japanese OMRON sensor as signal source and Germany SIEMENS PLC as central processing unit to make oil system, air system, electric system and mechanical system to be one part. The plant can work automatically and cyclically. Our technicians put fault diagnosis, problem alarming into computer by safety logic control. The screen will show fault and methods to client if there is some problems.
Steady&Safe System:
It adopts separation of high and low voltage electricity, low voltage controls high voltage technique. This will solve problem of high voltage interfere and ensure gaining of exact signal.It is safe for people and machine.
