How to test run concrete batching plant?

Before we start one new concrete batch plant, we need to test run it firstly.

1. When control system of mixer is charged with electricity, test cement silo and weighing hopper according to weighing system. The control system will output signal of the material amount to prompt operator to make sure whether to start control program or not.

2. Test aggregate: After start the program, then start skip hoist hopper or belt conveyor to transmit aggregate to weighing hopper.

3. Test cement or fly ash: Open the valve of cement tank and start cement screw conveyor to delivery cement to weighing hopper.

4. Test water and admixture: Open control valve of water pump and admixture pump to make water and admixture flow into weighing hopper.

After the weight of all kinds of materials meet the needs of required amounts, the door of weighing hopper is opened automatically. Then the materials will all into concrete mixer and mixed well. When the setting time is up, the discharging door of concrete mixer opens automatically. Then the concrete could discharge to a concrete mixer truck or concrete pump.
